This exercise stands for High Intensity Interval Training.

HIIT usually include short bursts of high intensity exercise with short rest or lower intensity exercise.

The results of this type of exercise, is more calories burned and unlike a normal cardio workout, you keep burning calories after you're finished for up to 48 hours.
