Shipping Policy

 

(For Prescription Medications Ordered Through Custom Health Centers)

At Custom Health Centers, we collaborate with a trusted network of licensed prescribing providers and compounding pharmacies nationwide, spanning all 50 states. Once a provider approves a prescription, it is sent to a partner pharmacy for processing, compounding (if applicable), and shipping directly to the client.

Shipping Timeline:

 

  • Most prescriptions are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days after the pharmacy receives the complete order and prescription.

  • Shipping times may vary due to factors such as medication availability, pharmacy workload, and national supply chain conditions.

  • Clients will receive tracking information once the pharmacy has shipped their order.

 

Important Notes:

 

  • Delays of more than 7 business days may occasionally occur due to medication backorders, high demand at the pharmacy, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Custom Health Centers does not ship medications directly; fulfillment and shipping are handled solely by the partner pharmacies.

  • Shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) and shipping methods are determined by the partner pharmacies.

  • We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays once a package has been dispatched.

 

Address Accuracy:

It is the client’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order. Custom Health Centers and our partner pharmacies are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the client.
