Bone Broth Thin Mint Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 scoop chocolate bone broth
12 oz of unsweetened coconut milk*
2 drops of pepper essential oil
Ice

Directions:

1. Add ingredients to blender and blend.
2. Add ice to desired consistency
*Can be substituted for unsweetened almond milk or partial water mixture
(8 oz coconut milk and 4 oz water mixture)
